For the 2008 racing season, Hicks Racing competed in the Limited Late Model division at Madison International Speedway. The Limited Late Models have proved over the past few years to be very competitive, exciting and fun to watch. This season didn't disappoint as some of the best drivers around the state put on a great show week in and week out. Hicks Racing had a very successful inaugural season in the Limited Late Model division. In 12 events we compiled 5 top-5 finishes, 10 top-10 finishes, 2 heat race wins, 1 dash win and finished 5th in the overall point standings. The highlight of the season came at the Fall Classic at MIS. With over 30 competitors on hand, the Hicks Racing team took home the checkered flag and won their first feature at MIS.
